1. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee, especially for custom designs at Zenvia Jewels.

2. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Custom-made pieces at Zenvia Jewels are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3. Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective.

4. Processing Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
